It was the perfect fall day in Illinois for Cassandra and Misael’s beautiful wedding! The temperature was perfect, the sun was shining and it was giving all the fall vibes!
Cassandra and Misael wed in Cassandra’s current home church in Illinois. It was a lovely, quaint church with beautiful windows lining each side of the ceremony space. It was a fast paced day, but honestly everything went so smoothly. As Cassandra and her girls got ready for the day, you could hear laughter coming from the room. It was just the best, coziest feeling.
Cassandra’s first look with her dad and brother was such a sweet moment. I got married not too long ago and I remember all the feelings of doing a first look with my dad. This definitely brought all those memories back!
Their ceremony was the perfect beginning to their new life together; unifying their love in prayer and a charge from both Pastor’s.
After the ceremony, we went out to the front of the church for the bridal party portraits. And fun fact, a past groom of mine was one of the groomsmen! After bridal party portraits we went straight into bride and groom portraits and let me tell you the light was absolutely perfect! We were able to capture so many portraits of the two of them and my photographer heart was happy.
We headed over to their reception where we enjoyed pizza and pasta! As a wedding photographer, I’ve had plenty of pasta at weddings, but the pizza was a first for me. I loved it!
The night ended with their ribbon wand exit as family and friends said goodbye. Cassandra will be leaving her home in Illinois and heading to Tulsa. It was definitely a bittersweet day!
I am so excited to share my favorites from Cassandra and Misael’s fall Illinois wedding!
